Masterfilter APKM series absolute multi-layered polypropylene cartridges combines depth filter technology with pleated filter technology, ensure high contaminant holding capacity and large filtration area. APKM construction adopts depth filter technology of graded pore-size avoiding filter surface jam. Graded pore-size distribution from coarse (upstream) to fine (downstream) can remove particles, colloids and gels gradually and extend filter’s service life.

Masterfilter HFHC high flow pleated cartridges are available in a wide range of pore sizes and provide reliable high performance in many applications. It combines high dirt holding capacity with long service life and high flow rates. Six-layer graded pleat technology provides a maximized filtration area and absolute retention rate resulting in an outstanding dirt holding capacity and long life. It can retrofit other supplier’s horizontally pleated cartridges.

Masterfilter HPK nominal rated, high flow pleated polypropylene cartridges are made of all polypropylene pleated microfiber. These cartridges providing great filtration performance at lower cost. The high flow rate, high dirt capacity and filtration efficiency make it the optimal solution for the pre-filtration of liquids.

Masterfilter LGFK cartridge filters are made with superfine glass fiber media with polypropylene support and drainage layers. The core and cage are also in polypropylene while all material components are thermal bonded without the use of any adhesive or binder. This reduces at a very low level the extractables. Masterfilter MasterSip MS capsule filter designed for use in sterile air and gas filtration in biopharmaceutical and other applications. Composed of a hydrophobic PTFE membrane and a polyetherimide housing, these capsule filters provide an alternative to a stainless-steel housing/filter combination and thus reduces operating costs and maintenance time. Engineered polyetherimide material allows multiple SIP (steam-in-place) cycles at high pressures and temperatures. 

Masterfilter NYPC filter cartridge is made of a dual layer hydrophilic Nylon 66 membrane.
