Masterfilter ACP series activated carbon filter cartridges are made from advanced GAC and imported food-grade additives. The primary functions of activated carbon are the removal of chlorine, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), chlorinated hydrocarbons and organic impurities by adsoprtion, whilst acting as a mechanical barrier for particulate reduction due to the cartridge construction.

Masterfilter APKM series absolute multi-layered polypropylene cartridges combines depth filter technology with pleated filter technology, ensure high contaminant holding capacity and large filtration area. APKM construction adopts depth filter technology of graded pore-size avoiding filter surface jam. Graded pore-size distribution from coarse (upstream) to fine (downstream) can remove particles, colloids and gels gradually and extend filter’s service life.

Masterfilter APKV is a pre-stabilisation filter has been developed for the reduction of microbial and colloidal contamination in the processing of bottled and mineral water and also protecting the service life of the final membrane filters. Constructed from a unique multilayer of Polypropylene and PVDF nanofibers, the absolute rated APKV filters offer high flow rate and optimized graded density, facilitating the reduction of a range of microorganisms, colloids and polymorphous organic matter depending on the source of the water. The robust nanofiber media construction gives the filter high porosity and strength enabling the filter to perform with consistency and assurance.

The filter utilizes multi-layer filter medium, with graded pore size from coarse (upstream) to fine (downstream), which offers a higher dirt capacity and make it an economical, high accuracy filter cartridge with absolute removal efficiency.

Masterfilter HFHC high flow pleated cartridges are available in a wide range of pore sizes and provide reliable high performance in many applications. It combines high dirt holding capacity with long service life and high flow rates. Six-layer graded pleat technology provides a maximized filtration area and absolute retention rate resulting in an outstanding dirt holding capacity and long life. It can retrofit other supplier’s horizontally pleated cartridges.

Masterfilter HPK nominal rated, high flow pleated polypropylene cartridges are made of all polypropylene pleated microfiber. These cartridges providing great filtration performance at lower cost. The high flow rate, high dirt capacity and filtration efficiency make it the optimal solution for the pre-filtration of liquids.

Masterfilter IFGG series filter housings are manufactured for filtration of gases. They are available in 2.5, 5 mini, 5, 10, 20 and 30 inches lengths. The housings are marked with a unique serial number for traceability. The IFGG series is available with a range of industrial compliant venting options.

Masterfilter MBC is a high flow polypropylene (PP) melt blown filter cartridge without core. It is fusing and intertwined of polypropylene resin without any chemical glues. The cartridges are thermal bond at random to form 3D micro pore which will make the cartridge 3 layers with fine fibres in surface and coarse fibres and deep filtration. Large diameter extends to very high filtration surface area and high flow rate.

Masterfilter MBK-A absolute rated polypropylene cartridges are constructed by 5-8 graded layers. MBK-A offers consistent retention characteristics and a high level of security that is enhanced by the option to connect o-ring seal adapters on the cartridge.

Masterfilter PESE filter cartridges feature a unique single layer, asymmetric hydrophilic polyethersulphone membrane. This membrane is characterized by excellent throughput and higher durability in many applications such as biological pre-filtration and beverage pre-filtration before the final filtration with our PESS, DPES ( PESA,PESF) final filters. Masterfilter PESS filter cartridges manufactured with perfectly hydrophilic polyethersulfone symmetric membranes are specially designed to provide high flowrate with secure and reliable removal of spoilage microorganisms. Its unique construction structure allows optimal sterilisation performances of a wide range of fluids. Good inertia and low protein binding of PESS polyether sulfone membrane ensures perfect transmission of active ingredients.

Masterfilter PFA series, utilizing expanded PTFE membranes and PFA (melt-processible Teflon®) core and cage, meet the most critical filtration requirements in the most aggressive environments. PFA hardware can provide high level filtration in aggressive atmosphere. PFA cartridges remain robust and durable in aggressive acids, bases and organic compounds.

Masterfilter PVDN filter cartridges are manufactured from an inherently hydrophilic PVDF membrane that offers a broad chemical and temperature resistance. Characterised by its low protein binding properties, the PVDN series is ideal for bioburden reduction, clarification and sterilisation of pharmaceutical and biological solutions. The PVDN cartridges are available in multiple pore sizes with single-layer PVDF membrane. The membranes are easily wettable and fully integrity testable to meet the pharmaceuticals levels for sterility assurance.
